Kyle Kankanton has dedicated his career to the field of project controls, bringing over 20 years of experience across infrastructure, transportation, port authority, wastewater, and public utility projects. With deep expertise in earned value cost control, scheduling, and project management systems, Kyle has led scheduling and project controls on some of the most complex projects in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
His career highlights include leadership roles with respected firms such as WSP USA, Orion Marine Contractors Inc., Kelly McNutt Consulting, Tarr Whitman Group, Hainline Construction Expert Consulting, Bristol Bay Construction LLC, NV Energy, Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, Anvil Corporation, and Jacobs. He has supported Light Rail expansions, wastewater treatment programs, utility upgrades, and large-scale infrastructure developments, consistently delivering clarity and control through precise scheduling.

Karent Solaque González serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Tulchina Consulting, where she combines her background in education, team development, and organizational leadership with a sharp focus on project controls and operational excellence.
Her professional journey has spanned over a decade of experience in roles that demanded strategic planning, scheduling, client service, and process management. At Bright Horizons, Karent guided and mentored teams, built efficient schedules, maintained secure records, and ensured smooth communication across staff, parents, and community stakeholders. These responsibilities reflect the same core disciplines required in construction and infrastructure project controls: precision, coordination, and accountability.
Karent also developed valuable skills in risk management, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication during her time as a Child Care Specialist with Cultural Care Au Pair and as an ESL educator in Colombia. These experiences equipped her to manage diverse teams, adapt quickly to challenges, and maintain strong client relationships — qualities that directly strengthen Tulchina’s consulting practice.
As COO, Karent plays a critical role in overseeing Tulchina’s operations, scheduling alignment, and client service delivery, ensuring that every project benefits from both efficiency and integrity.
